GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR THE FZEEYGO PLATFORM AND ALI BIN ALI COMPANY SERVICES.
1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms of Service are binding for all real and legal persons who access the Fzeeygo platform operated by ALI BIN ALI COMPANY and receive VIP transfer/tour services through the platform. By entering the platform or receiving service, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.
2. SERVICE STANDARDS
Ali Bin Ali Company guarantees that all transfer and tour services offered through the Fzeeygo platform are carried out at the highest quality and safety standards. All operations are provided with professional drivers and VIP vehicles that have passed corporate audit.
3. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Bookings made through the platform become final after passing through our company's approval mechanism. Cancellation and refund processes are carried out within the periods specified for each package and within the framework of the Ali Bin Ali Company refund policy.
4. LEGAL LIABILITY
In any disputes that may arise from these terms, the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized. Ali Bin Ali Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
